Bean Salad

Full Time: 5 Minutes

Quick and delicious bean salad, packed with loads of protein!



  • 3 cans of beans of your choosing (I use 6 bean medley, kidney beans, and black beans)

  • 1 red onion, chopped

  • 2-3 green onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup white vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 + 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Parsley or basil to serve (optional)


  1. Strain and rise all 3 cans of beans in a large strainer.

  2. Add beans to a large bowl. Add vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and red/green onions. Mix well.

  3. This bean salad is best the next day. Store in fridge up to a week. You can serve with parsley or basil.
