Bean Salad

Quick and delicious bean salad, packed with loads of protein!
Ingredients:
3 cans of beans of your choosing (I use 6 bean medley, kidney beans, and black beans)
1 red onion, chopped
2-3 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 + 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Parsley or basil to serve (optional)
Instructions
Strain and rise all 3 cans of beans in a large strainer.
Add beans to a large bowl. Add vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and red/green onions. Mix well.
This bean salad is best the next day. Store in fridge up to a week. You can serve with parsley or basil.
