Vegan Jack Skellington Pops

Pumpkin Roll
Yield: 10 Oreos Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Chilling Time: 20 Minutes
Decorating Time: 15 Minutes
Full Time: 40 Minutes
Halloween isn't the same without the Pumpkin King. Make these fun Oreo pops for parties or just because!
Ingredients: (Products are linked for purchase)
- 4" Lollipop sticks
- About 1/2 Cup of Vegan White Coconut Spread
- 10 Double Stuffed Oreos
- Black Decorating Gel
Instructions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the Oreos on the parchment paper.
2. Slide the lollipop stick into the cream center of one of the Oreos, creating a lollipop. Repeat with the rest of the Oreos. (Please refer to video below)
3. Pour the measured Coconut spread into a small bowl.
4. Use a spoon to scoop the coconut mixture over the Oreo popsicle. Cover Oreo completely with mixture. Repeat with the rest of the Oreos.
5. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes to cool completely.
6. Remove one Oreo at a time to draw on the Jack Skellington design with the decorating gel. Use toothpick for preciseness and to clean. It's much easier than you think!
7. Place back in freezer for 5 minutes.
8. Remove from freezer and enjoy!
